1. Where We Ship
We ship across India to all serviceable pincodes — approximately 27,000+ pincodes through our courier partners. We currently do not ship internationally.
To check if your pincode is serviceable, enter it at checkout or on any product page. If it's not covered by our regular courier partners, WhatsApp us — we can sometimes route via postal services for a small additional fee.
Serviceable pincodes in India: ~27,000+
Non-serviceable: Some remote islands, high-altitude zones, restricted military areas
International shipping: Not currently offered
2. Delivery Timelines
Our delivery target is based on the shipping zone and product type. These are realistic estimates, not guarantees — actual delivery depends on courier operations, weather, and local conditions.

Important: These timelines are targets, not contractual guarantees. While we aim to deliver within these windows, actual delivery depends on:
- Courier partner operations and regional performance
- Weather disruptions, floods, transport strikes
- Festival seasons and public holiday volumes
- Accuracy of the shipping address you provide
3. Shipping Costs
Free shipping on orders above ₹299.
Below ₹299: flat ₹40 shipping fee.
No additional COD handling charges on orders of ₹299 and above.
Shipping cost is calculated and displayed at checkout before you place the order. No hidden charges added later. What you see in the cart is what you pay.
Special cases
- Remote pincodes: Some remote areas may have a small additional fee — shown at checkout if applicable
- Bulk orders: Custom shipping arrangements available for 20+ cases — use Bulk Inquiry
- COD orders below ₹299: The ₹40 flat rate includes COD handling — no extra fee
4. Order Processing Time
Before dispatch, we need a short window to prepare your order:
- Ready-made cases: Dispatched within 2–3 working days of order placement
- Custom orders (photo, name, cricket fan): Add 1–2 days for printing and quality check
- Bulk orders (20+ cases): Dispatched within 5–7 working days of order confirmation
Working days are Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Sundays or holidays begin processing the next working day.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll get:
- SMS to your registered phone number with courier name and AWB number
- WhatsApp message with the same details plus a tracking link
- Email with the tracking link (if email provided at checkout)
- You can also track on our Track Order page using your Order ID and phone number
You can follow the parcel's journey through the courier partner's own tracking portal, accessible via the link we share.
6. Delivery Issues
Delivery delayed beyond expected window
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeline (check the zone table above), please allow a 2-day buffer for minor courier delays. If it's still not delivered, WhatsApp us with your Order ID — we'll check with the courier and follow up.
Package marked delivered but not received
- Check with family members, building security, or neighbours
- Call the courier helpline (number on your tracking message)
- If unresolved after 48 hours, WhatsApp us — we'll investigate
- If the courier confirms loss, we'll reship or refund as per our Return Policy
Damaged package at delivery
If your package arrives opened, tampered, or physically damaged:
- Do not accept delivery. Refuse the parcel and ask the courier to mark it as "damaged"
- Take a photo of the damaged packaging before refusing
- WhatsApp us immediately with your Order ID and the photo
- We'll reship a replacement at no cost
Address change after dispatch
Once a package has been dispatched, address changes are very limited. WhatsApp us immediately with your Order ID — we can try to coordinate with the courier, but success isn't guaranteed, and the courier may charge an address-change fee.
Unable to deliver / multiple failed attempts
Couriers typically attempt delivery 2–3 times before returning the package. If you're unavailable:
- Call the courier to reschedule delivery
- Arrange for someone at home to receive on your behalf
- If the package is returned to us (RTO), we may offer reshipment with a small additional shipping fee to cover the second trip
